Ladies’ Shines & Styling - An Overview
(This class may be taught as a workshop or course)

The Shines & Styling (for ladies) course is designed for women who would like to add some groove and style variation to their Salsa dancing. Shed your inhibitions, learn to feel the music, discover your inner sensuality…. and we will guide you to express it.

The Ladies Shines & Styling is specially designed for all Salseras who have completed at least Beginners Module 2 of Salsa (Cross Body Style). The syllabus covers varied areas ranging from understanding your own style and how to express it to the suitability of various types of styling with respect to different various Salsa music.

There are as many different styles as there are dancers. Not all styles will suit you. Blindly copying off the dance floor will not always translate to looking stylish… in fact, often quite the opposite! Let our instructor help you explore your individual strengths, and teach you how to look good with it, and equally as important, what not to do !!
