This course is designed for Salseros & Salseras who would
like to add some groove, calculated shoulder rolls and shimmies,
and stylized variation to their Salsa dancing. You will also learn
the ever-popular Attitude’s body wave.
Ideal for students who have completed at least Beginners 2 level
of salsa (Cross Body Style); the syllabus covers varied areas
ranging from understanding your own style and how to express it
in various Salsa genres. We will show you how to improve your
body movements through comprehensive dance techniques and body
isolation exercises in response to different types of salsa music.
Expect influences from other dance styles such as Afro-Cuban Rumba;
Cha-Cha; Hip-hop and even Merengue (for hip movements).
