This module is for students who have completed Module 2 and are preparing themselves to join the Pole Dance Course. Expect more advanced floor work, choreographed lap dance patterns and fun techniques for using props such as chairs, hats and feather boas. We will also turn up the heat a few notches by teaching students how to strip their bottoms and a pullover top.

4) Learn to use the wall as part of your dance routine

8) Dance moves - step-by-step instruction on how to gracefully perform over 12 patterns
