Incorporating both traditional Indian styles as well as western influences, you’ll find that Bollywood dance is fun and energetic, as well as an excellent aerobic exercise. It is for the young and old alike. It is a time to swing, twirl and groove to this contagious fusion style of dance!

Each class, students will be taught various Bollywood dance steps and the second half of the class is to learn choreographed dance numbers to the tunes of the latest Bollywood songs.

Each session will start with a warm up exercise routine and end with a cool down to ensure your heart rate is back to normal after the vigorous one hour dance session.

Keeping fit and dancing has never been more interesting. So join the many others taking advantage of this worldwide craze.

Moving to rhythm and music from a tender age, Neesha was formally trained in the ancient art of Bharat Natyam before moving on to other popular and more contemporary dance forms –Salsa, North Indian Folk Dancing and Bhangra.

Says Neesha, “I believe every dance genre has something unique to teach and this lands everyone the ability to combine different dance moves to create your very own style.” Teaching Bollywood Dancing for the last four years, Neesha has found her niche. Young and old keep flocking to her classes.

“You feel the rhythm in you and the steps and dance moves just follow”, she believes. Expect sessions filled with hip shakes, swings, twirls and loads of laughter and fun.
